What a cash-out needs from you, where it is stored, and who can open it.
What we collect
To complete a cash-out we store your email address, your RevTag, the RevPoints balance you entered, the gift cards recommended to you, a screenshot of each redeemed gift card and each gift-card code.
How it is protected
Screenshots are stored in private storage that is never publicly reachable. Gift-card codes are encrypted before they are stored. Your cash-out page can only be opened with the private link sent to your email, and codes are never shown on it. Access by our reviewers is logged.
How we use it
Verification of your gift cards, sending your payout to your RevTag, status emails about your cash-out, and support when you contact us. We do not sell personal data or use gift-card data for advertising.
Retention — placeholder
PLACEHOLDER: exact retention periods must be confirmed before launch. Gift-card codes and screenshots should be deleted once the payout and any dispute window have closed; transaction records are kept for accounting purposes for the period your accountant and local law require.
Processors and legal details — placeholder
PLACEHOLDER: the legal entity name, registered address, data-controller details, the list of processors (hosting, database, email delivery, payment provider), the legal basis for processing, and your rights request contact must be supplied before launch.

RevCash is independent of Revolut, does not access your Revolut account and cannot see your Revolut balance.
