I lost my cash-out link
Your cash-out page can only be opened with the private link we emailed you. Email us from the same address you used and we will re-send it.
A card was rejected
Most rejections come from a partially cropped screenshot or a code that has already been used. The reason is shown on your cash-out page. Reply to us with the full screenshot and the untouched code.
My quote expired
Nothing is lost. Email us with your reference and we will re-quote the cash-out against current rates.
Payout hasn't arrived
Your cash-out page always shows the real state, including whether the payout has been sent. If it shows Paid and nothing arrived, email us with your reference and RevTag.
