How to cash out RevPoints, step by step

Six steps, from your points balance to money in your Revolut account. The whole flow takes a few minutes on your side; the review is done by a person before any payout is released.

  1. 01

    Check your payout

    Enter your RevPoints balance and choose your region. You see the gift cards to redeem, the points they use and the cash you will receive.

  2. 02

    Create the cash-out

    Add your email and create the cash-out. The payout figure is locked at that moment and you get a private link to your status page.

  3. 03

    Redeem the recommended cards

    In Revolut, redeem exactly the cards listed in your cash-out. Do not redeem anything before you see the recommendation.

  4. 04

    Submit codes and screenshots

    On your status page, upload one screenshot per card and enter each code. All cards must be submitted before the review starts.

  5. 05

    Confirm your RevTag

    Enter your RevTag, check the confirmation screen, and submit. A confirmation email with your status link is sent to you.

  6. 06

    Get paid

    Each card is reviewed by a person. Once the cards pass, the payout is sent to your Revolut account and the status page shows Paid.

Before you start

  • Have your RevPoints balance from the Revolut app to hand.
  • Know your RevTag — it is in the Revolut app under your profile.
  • Use an email you can open straight away; the status link and any verification code go there.

If something goes wrong

A rejected card usually means a cropped screenshot or a code already used. Your status page shows the reason for each card. If your quote expired before you submitted, contact support and the cash-out is re-quoted rather than lost.

Common questions

How long does a cash-out take?
Your part takes a few minutes: check the payout, redeem the cards, upload one screenshot and code per card, confirm your RevTag. After that each card is checked by a person, so the review is not instant and the status page shows the real state at every point.
What do I need before I start?
Your points balance from the Revolut app, your RevTag, and an email address you can open straight away, because the status link and any verification code are sent there.
What happens to points I cannot use?
Leftover points stay in your Revolut account. The calculator shows how many points the recommended cards use and how many remain, so nothing is spent that you did not agree to.
What if I close the page halfway through?
The cash-out is stored, not held in your browser. Open the private status link from your email and you continue exactly where you stopped.
Do I need to create an account with RevCash?
No password signup. You give an email address, and your cash-out is reached through the private link sent to it.
