How RevPoints work
RevPoints are Revolut's loyalty points. You collect them as you spend and then choose what to do with them. This page explains how they are earned, what you can spend them on, and where cash fits in.

How you earn RevPoints
RevPoints are collected inside your Revolut account. The exact earn rate depends on your plan, the type of card payment and any promotions Revolut is running at the time. Your balance is always shown in the Revolut app under the RevPoints section — that number is the one to enter when you check a cash-out.
What you can spend them on
Inside Revolut, RevPoints can normally be used for travel bookings, subscriptions and digital gift cards. The gift-card catalogue is the part that matters here: gift cards are fixed denominations with a fixed points price, so their value per point is easy to compare.
- Travel and lounge redemptions vary a lot in value per point.
- Gift cards have a published points price, so the value per point is predictable.
- RevPoints cannot be withdrawn as money inside Revolut — there is no cash-out button.
What one point is worth
Because gift cards cost a set number of points, you can work out a value per point. In the catalogue we support, 1,400 points buys a €10 or £10 card, which is roughly 0.71 cents or pence per point in gift-card value. What that turns into as cash depends on the payout rate applied to the card — we publish ours on the value page.
Do RevPoints expire?
Point expiry, plan changes and catalogue availability are all set by Revolut and can change. Check the terms shown in your Revolut app for the rules that apply to your account.
Turning RevPoints into cash
RevCash exists for the last step. You use your points to redeem supported gift cards, send those cards to us for verification, and receive a payout to your Revolut account. Nothing about your Revolut login is needed — only your RevTag so we know where to send the money.
